Tony Odom, Chief Executive Officer
Over the last ten years Tony has been engaged in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including leasing, subleasing, tenant representation, property development, rezoning, strategic planning and design of office, manufacturing, and retail space, acquisition and disposition of investment property, and business brokerage. He owns and manages commercial properties, and understands how important your investment is to your bottom line.
The commercial real estate market is ever changing in our area and forecasting future development needs is often difficult. Listening to our client’s needs and keeping current on future trends is a must in today’s market.
Tony's extensive knowledge with building plans, drawings, construction and permitting allows him to work with architects, general contractors and other service providers to assist his clients in a number of ways. When showing property to potential tenants, Tony works hard to extract exactly what their needs are and how they envision their new work environment. He is constantly going above and beyond to help create a clear picture so the potential tenant can make a conscientious decision. His position with negotiating tenant improvements or modifications to any property, is that such improvements not only benefit the tenant, but also benefit the property owner as well.
As a former Director of Real Estate and Support Services for a large international high tech company, Tony has negotiated leases and developed property throughout parts of the United States, Mexico and Asia.

Brian Bonafede, Chief Financial Officer
As a lifetime San Jose resident, Brian is passionate about working to improve our community. With 14 years of real estate experience, Brian's extensive commercial real estate and financial knowledge allows him to service his clients to save them time and money.
In his past experience, Brian was a Director of Facilities for a large Bay Area software firm, where he was involved in a number of expansion and contraction projects. Successful lease reconciliations and negotiations are just a few of his attributes.
Brian received his degree in Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University.

Jonathan Hanhan, Director of Operations
Passionate about delivering the highest level of service, Jonathan works across departments documenting, creating, and implementing systems of operations to deliver consistent and predictable results. Unique in his ability to understand business from a Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical standpoint, Jonathan rolls them up in to simple, focused, actionable systems.
Jonathan's success lies in his habits of listening attentively and developing actionable plans around the highest priority tasks; as well as his commitment to making decisions based off of the clients best interests. CSR and its clients rely on Jonathan to master what is commonly needed and find the best, most efficient route of executing any task, project, or strategy.

Julie Pannenberg, Team Coordinator
A belief in the principles of teamwork, excellent customer service and integrity initially drew Julie to CSR where she has been an integral part of the team since the company's inception.
As the company Controller, Julie is responsible for handling payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as a myriad of other tasks. However, Julie's years of experience in operations and finance also put her in a unique position.

Sadije Alaj, Marketing Manager
Take ability, integrity, and quality customer service and you have the perfect recipe for success. As the Marketing Manager for CSR, Sadije (pronounced saw-de-uh) Alaj applies this principle to her day to day operations. Sadije's extensive experience in the real estate industry allows her to provide all of our clients and agents with the knowledge and expertise needed throughout the entire buying or selling process. Priding herself on attention to detail and follow through, Sadije always focuses on what is important to the client and puts their interests first.
Originally from New York, Sadije, her husband and two children have resided in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose since 1992. As such, Sadije is very familiar with the needs of families and the services available to them in the area and is very involved with the community.
With a dedication to excellence and exceeding her clients expectations, Sadije is committed and indispensable to the CSR Services organizations. Remembering that your home is the most precious investment that one can make, she will always take the time to patiently guide our clients through their real estate and loan needs.

Tina Phu, Contract Coordinator
In her position as contract coordinator, Tina Phu plays a crucial role in all real estate transactions at CSR. Her ability to streamline the process and organize the real estate files makes for a very smooth transaction for the clients and agents alike. In support of the agents and the clients, Tina acts as a liaison between all the parties involved in the transaction. With strict adherence to the terms of the contract, she helps to insure that everything is done in a timely manner. Whether it is a report, an inspection, required disclosures or anything else pertaining to the transaction, Tina is responsible for handling them all. With over 4 and one half years experience at Customer Service Realty, our clients and agents can rest assured that the transaction will be handled very professionally.
A graduate from San Jose State University, Tina is a long time resident of San Jose and has very strong ties to the community.

Managed commercial accounts, negotiated and executed leases for approximately 400,000 square feet, responsible for the Project Management of the construction of Commercial Buildings built by Mr. Curtis.
Involved in the Sale of Commercial Buildings such as LSI Logic & Novelle.
Cri Properties 1993-2003
Owner: Terri Howard, Broker
Terri purchased Cri Properties from Mr. Curtis upon his retirement and continued to grow the company to approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial space for management and outside Brokerage as well. Represented numerous Tenants and Owners in the leasing of diversified commercial real estate.
