Tony Odom Chief Executive Officer Tony has been engaged in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including leasing, subleasing, tenant representation, property development, rezoning, strategic planning and design of office, manufacturing, and retail space, acquisition and disposition of investment property, and business brokerage. He owns and manages commercial properties, and understands how important your investment is to your bottom line.

The commercial real estate market is ever changing in our area and forecasting future development needs is often difficult. Listening to our client’s needs and keeping current on future trends is a must in today’s market.

Tony's extensive knowledge with building plans, drawings, construction and permitting allows him to work with architects, general contractors and other service providers to assist his clients in a number of ways. When showing property to potential tenants, Tony works hard to extract exactly what their needs are and how they envision their new work environment. He is constantly going above and beyond to help create a clear picture so the potential tenant can make a conscientious decision. His position with negotiating tenant improvements or modifications to any property, is that such improvements not only benefit the tenant, but also benefit the property owner as well.

As a former Director of Real Estate and Support Services for a large international high tech company, Tony has negotiated leases and developed property throughout parts of the United States, Mexico and Asia.

Specializing in commercial real estate since 2001, Steve has extensive market knowledge, and professional representation skills. He has broad technical background along with years of experience negotiating leases, subleases, and commercial real estate sales. Steve Malech

Commercial real estate sales and leasing have been a part of Nigel’s life since he graduated from UCLA.

Discovering the space requirements of technology companies and the firms that support them, and representing their interests have been a way of life for him since the early 1980’s. Additionally, working with investors, often within the tight time constraints of an exchange, has been his “life’s work”.

Nigel views real estate like a puzzle. Finding the missing and needed pieces makes his job interesting. Whether it has been negotiating the right space to lease for Insight Chiropractic or Recovery Connections, finding the land or building to purchase for La-Z-Boy, or closing a buyer’s up-leg with a multiple property down-leg, his stock in trade is creating solutions that work best for his clients.

She changed careers and began to focus on real estate in 2004, because she enjoyed working directly with people. Sarah brings in the discipline, technology, and work ethic of successful software companies into her Real Estate career and owes her Residential experience to her Commercial Clients who gave her the opportunity to get into Residential real estate over the years.
